Alo Yeditepe

Prof. Dr. Banu Musaffa Salepçi graduated from Istanbul University, Çapa Faculty of Medicine, in 1984. She completed her residency in Pulmonary Diseases at Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital in 1991. During her tenure at the same institution, she held several positions, including Chief Assistant, Deputy Chief, Instructor, and Training Supervisor. She was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2014 and became a Full Professor at Yeditepe University in 2019.
Prof. Dr. Salepçi is an active member of numerous national and international societies, including the Turkish Thoracic Society, the European Respiratory Society (ERS), the American Thoracic Society (ATS), and the European Sleep Research Society (ESRS). In addition to her clinical and academic duties, she serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Turkish Sleep Medicine and as a member of advisory boards for several scientific journals.
Currently, Prof. Dr. Salepçi serves as Chair of the Department of Chest Diseases at Yeditepe University Hospitals and Acting Chief Physician of Yeditepe University Kozyatağı Hospital.
