Visiting hours are between 09:00 and 22:00, as deemed appropriate by the institution's management..
Visits should be kept brief.
Having more than two visitors at a time by a patient is not recommended for the health of both the patient and visitors.
Visitors must comply with hospital rules. In case of rule violations, management may impose visitor restrictions.
Hands must be washed and/or disinfected before and after the visit. If necessary, Infection Control measures should be followed with guidance from a nurse regarding isolation precautions.
Talking loudly or making phone calls in patient rooms or corridors, which could disturb patients, should be avoided to maintain a calm and quiet environment.
In cases deemed risky for the patient, visitor restrictions can be applied based on the decision of the multidisciplinary team and the patient's doctor.
To prevent potential infection risks, people showing symptoms of upper respiratory infections such as fever, coughing, sneezing, or those with a contagious illness or the potential for one, will not be allowed as visitors.
Children should not be brought to the hospital unless they are patients themselves. However, in certain cases, with the doctor’s and family’s permission, patients may be visited by their children, in accordance with Infection Control rules. Children who are friends or family of pediatric patients may also be allowed to visit.
Since nutrition is a part of the patient's treatment, no food or drink from outside the hospital should be brought, and no food or drink should be given to the patient without consulting a nurse
Flowers are not accepted in patient rooms due to infection risks. Flowers sent to our patients will be received by the Information Desk, where the patient or their family can pick them up.
The use of tobacco and alcohol in the hospital is strictly prohibited by law and hospital regulations
Visitors should not sit on patient beds or tamper with the medical equipment connected to the patient. If any equipment alarms, the nurse should be informed.
Visitors may be asked to leave the patient rooms if necessary. Privacy for the patient must be respected.
If a visitor notices any issues related to the patient or has any concerns, they can report it to the nurse or doctor.
Visitors are not allowed to perform any procedure on the patient, nor can they take the patient outside the ward without the nurse's permission
In emergency situations, visitors should follow the directions of the relevant personnel and proceed to hospital evacuation areas using the "Emergency Exit" signs on each floor.
Certain clinics and departments may have their own specific visitor rules, which must be followed in addition to the general visitor policy.
