Things that can be useful for holiday suitcases…
- At least 4 sets of thin cotton clothes should be put on. Lots of half-sleeves, shorts, T-shirts,
- Cotton pajamas to wear when sleeping at night,
- Children's own pillow,
- Nets for insect bites and mosquitos at night,
- Turtlenecks, armbands, swimsuits, and bikinis for holidays with a pool and sea (at least 2 pairs so as not to stay in a wet swimsuit.)
- In order to protect from the sun, a hat that covers the neck and UV A and UV B-protected sunglasses,
- 50-factor sunscreen for children under 1-year-old or 30-factor sunscreen for brunettes and older children, with mineral filters, specially made for children,
- Mosquito nets against mosquito bites and herbal lotions specially made for children to prevent mosquito bites.
Medicines that will be useful to have in your holiday suitcase
- Paracetamol or ibuprofen group painkiller, fever-reducing syrup that your doctor recommends has never been opened,
- Creams against falling/ bumps,
- Prebiotic chassis with doctor's recommendation in case of diarrhea,
- Anti-itch gels for use in itchy allergic reactions and a few of the various antihistamine drugs at the dose recommended by your doctor,
- Creams that can be used for sunburn.
