ISO 15189 Medical Laboratories Accreditation

Yeditepe University Hospitals Laboratories provide laboratory services required by healthcare institutions and healthcare professionals based on nationally and internationally recognized standards and test methods, adhering to the principles of accuracy, impartiality, independence, honesty, confidentiality and reliability.

Our laboratories, which continue their services within the framework of scientific ethics, have also adopted contributing to the development of medical science through education and research activities as one of their core values.

As an indicator of our determination in this direction, as a result of the audit conducted by the Turkish Accreditation Agency (TÜRKAK), Yeditepe University Hospital Tissue Typing Laboratory and Genetic Diseases Evaluation Center were accredited within the scope of TS EN ISO 15189:2023 “Medical Laboratories - Quality and Competence Requirements” standard.

This accreditation certifies that the services provided by our laboratories are carried out in accordance with international quality standards and supported by a continuous improvement approach.
