A General Orientation Program is implemented to support the adaptation of our new employees to the institution and the department they will work in. Additionally, our employees are supported by department-specific Orientation Guides prepared for their respective departments and the orientation processes carried out by department managers.
Yeditepe University Hospitals and Affiliated Institutions embrace the philosophy of continuous learning and development. In order to support the professional and personal development of our employees, training sessions are conducted in line with annual training plans, including general orientation, department-specific orientation, professional development, patient and employee safety, quality, accreditation, and leadership training.
Trainings are delivered face-to-face, online, and through the digital Learning Management System. In line with our identity as a university hospital, participation of our employees in scientific activities, congresses, and academic studies is encouraged.
Performance and competency evaluation processes are implemented to support the career development of our employees. Through these processes, strengths and areas for improvement are identified, and training and career planning are carried out accordingly.
Our institution encourages internal mobility, promotion, and the utilization of talents within the organization by offering development opportunities to its employees.
To support the physical and psychological well-being of our employees, occupational health and safety practices, health screenings, and preventive health activities are carried out; the sustainability of a healthy and supportive working environment where employees feel safe is addressed as a priority.

In order to increase employee satisfaction and continuously improve working life, employee satisfaction surveys are conducted, and suggestions and feedback received from employees areevaluated to plan improvement activities.
