(SAS) “Gold Accreditation Certificate”

The Health Accreditation Standards (SAS) program carried out by the Turkish Health Care Quality and Accreditation Institute (TÜSKA) is a comprehensive accreditation system that aims to improve quality and patient safety in healthcare services, establish a sustainable culture of quality, and ensure the continuous improvement of healthcare services in line with national quality standards.

Yeditepe University Specialized Practice and Research Center, as a result of comprehensive efforts carried out in line with its goal of continuously improving quality and patient safety in healthcare services, has successfully completed the TÜSKA Health Accreditation Standards (SAS) evaluation and has become entitled to receive the Gold Category Accreditation Certificate.

During the evaluation process carried out by TÜSKA, different dimensions of healthcare services—from patient care to clinical processes, from employee safety to managerial practices—were addressed with a holistic approach; existing practices were evaluated and the continuous improvement approach was supported.

This important achievement is an indicator that the practices carried out in the areas of quality development and improvement in our hospitals are implemented effectively and sustainably in line with national healthcare quality standards.

SAS Gold  Accreditation reveals that quality management at Yeditepe University Hospitals is not merely an evaluation process carried out at certain periods; it is adopted as a corporate culture that is maintained with the participation of all employees and based on measurable, traceable, and continuous development.
