Dr. Özay Ünal is a graduate of Gazi University Faculty of Medicine (1994). With a strong academic background in management, he holds certifications and degrees in Management (Bahçeşehir University), Healthcare Management (Anadolu University), and Justice.

Since starting his career in 1995, Dr. Ünal has specialized in healthcare administration, serving as Chief Physician and General Manager for leading institutions such as Florence Nightingale and Memorial Health Group. He is currently the Hospital Director of Yeditepe University Koşuyolu Hospital and the Acting Administrative Coordinator for the Yeditepe University Healthcare Group.
