Main T&CM applications such as acupuncture, ozone therapy, and phytotherapy have been performed successfully for many years in light of current information at Yeditepe University, which is a leading institution in the field of healthcare. In addition, our certified training programs for physicians, approved by the Ministry of Health, continue by our fully experienced faculty members in the same subjects.

As Yeditepe University scientists who believe in the importance of T&CM, we are pleased to present you the 2nd issue of the YÜGETAT (Yeditepe University T&CM) bulletin, which we prepared to promote these approaches more and raise awareness of the society on the subject. Both healthcare professionals and patients need to be informed about these commonly used methods, which are sometimes told to the physician and sometimes hidden.

In this issue, we cover the use of T&CM applications in subjects such as fibromyalgia, chronic wound treatment, arthritis, infertility, and the common cold. Besides, we also present to your attention the articles that share some very interesting subjects such as vitamin-mineral support, and acne-diet relationship, although they are outside of T&CM.
