- Ferrets, jujube, hibiscus, linden teas can be preferred during the day as throat and chest softeners.
- Eucalyptus tea is very effective as an expectorant.
- For muscle and joint pain, magnesium-rich nutrition, that is, nuts-walnuts-almonds and green leafy vegetables, should be consumed in abundance.
- At least three liters of liquid should be consumed per day.
- For lunch and dinner, meat broth and chicken broth should be preferred in addition to soups, salad, and vegetable dishes with plenty of greens and plenty of lemons.
- Care should be taken to consume two servings a day of fruits such as kiwi-tangerine-orange rich in vitamin C.
- Smelling peppermint oil to relieve headaches may be helpful.
- In order to breathe comfortably, the inside of the nose should be cleaned with a nose wash kit before going to bed at night. Since this will facilitate sleep, it will help to go through the disease process.
Elderflower: Reduces the effectiveness of the virus. As it is consumed as a tea, it is also possible to find syrup, tablets, or effervescent forms in pharmacies.
Echinacea: Studies have shown that its components that are good for the upper respiratory tract are more effective when consumed in the form of liquid, i.e., syrup, rather than tea.
